Review: Allok Video to 3GP Converter is a tool that can convert between a wide range of multimedia file formats (eg AVI, MKV, MPEG, RM, RMVB, RAW, VOB, WAV). The user interface of the program is clean and easy to use. All you have to do is add files to the queue (batch conversion and drag-and-drop is supported), configure the settings and start the conversion process. In the queue, you can see the name, type, file size, start and end time, and the status of the file. Thus, you can set the output destination and format (to the profile), set the video quality and size, audio quality and volume, and optionally split the file to a certain size (in other words, this software is also a video splitter) and allow shutdown computer after the task is completed. Moreover, in the Settings menu, you can select the decoder engine, the number of CPU cores and the maximum number of concurrent conversion tasks. You can also configure additional video (codec, level, mailbox) and a selection of audio (codec, channels, sample rate frequency). The program completed the task quickly and managed to maintain a good quality of picture and sound, when a small amount of system resources used to moderate. It also comes with a help file containing a drawn image and we have not had major problems during our tests. But Allok Video to 3GP Converter is an excellent tool for encoding video files, and we recommend that you try it.
